Preparing your tax return

Receiving a tax refund is always a nice surprise and there are a number of things you can do with it which we’ll explore below. But first, here’s some handy tips to get you started on your tax return.

To get your expense claims in order, you can search up to three years of transaction history on Internet and Mobile Banking.

If you’ve been working from home during COVID-19, check how to claim deductions for working from home.

Check that your personal details are complete and up to date in Internet and mobile banking - including your tax-residency status and TFN.
