To change your Security Number or Password, select 'Change Security Number' or 'Change Password' in the 'Security, SMS & email alerts' section of Internet Banking. If you forget your Security Number or Password, you can reset them online at any time. Simply click the related link on the Internet Banking logon screen and follow the prompts..
