Online services

We offer a range of online services to our Accredited Brokers to help make applications, processing and tracking your loans easier. To access these services, you’ll be asked to use your unique login information.

We also provide access to the Valuation Management System (VMS). VMS allows eligible brokers to order full property valuations upfront, electronically. By submitting home loan applications with a valuation attached, there is a higher likelihood of a quicker, successful approval. This service is available for Flame and Gold brokers only.

Flame and Gold brokers access VMS through the secured section of the broker website, where the option will be available once logged in.

Save time with Supporting Docs Online

Supporting Docs Online, you can get a faster time to “yes” and experience better turnaround cycles. Other key benefits include:

  • Increased certainty and improved conversion rates
  • More effective alignment to policy and requirements
  • Avoids costly re-works

When you submit a loan using ApplyOnline, Supporting Docs Online will list the specific supporting documents required for each loan. With Supporting Docs Online, you can also upload and attach the documents to your application for submission.

Manage more documentation online with e-Increase

We’ve been working hard to provide you with an end-to-end electronic increase process. This system gives you the ability to lodge an increase application, receive documentation and return signed documents – all electronically.

Functionality includes

  • Principal increase
  • Principal increase with adding new security
  • Adding a new product (new residential sequence(s) or new Portfolio sub accounts)
  • Principal increase & adding new product for Portfolio's (with or without new security)

Electronic Documentation

  • Increase loan documents will be emailed to you
  • Signed docs (excluding where new security or new guarantor is involved) can be returned via email.
  • We will settle on the electronic version. 
  • Originals are not required but must be retained (as per your broker agreement)

Service Level

  • ATOMS number will be received within 2 Business Hours 
  • Straight increase - excluding where new security (purchase or refinance), construction or new loan is involved, will be assessed same day if supporting documents online received prior to 2pm and day 1 if the supporting documents are received by 5pm

If you would like to submit a pricing discretion or a deal escalation, you can do it online for an even faster response. Our online services have been designed to give you a simple and convenient alternative.

You’ll need to login to your secure broker website to submit an online escalation or pricing discretion request.
