Using accessibility features on EFTPOS Now terminals
Our EFTPOS Now terminals have features to help support blind and low vision customers to make payments independently. There are two modes:
Assistance mode
- Provides larger text on the screen
- Offers numerous colour contrasts to support individuals
Accessibility mode
- Gives audio instructions
- Has raised tactile markers with audio helpers and a blank screen for secure PIN entry
- Optional training that provides audio instructions to demonstrate what will happen when entering a PIN.
