Receiving digital mail in your Internet Banking inbox is as secure as your Internet Banking!
Your digital mail is stored securely within Internet Banking so you’re protected against identity and mail theft that’s associated with paper mail.
You will receive an email notification when your digital mail is available in Internet Banking or Mobile Banking. You will need to logon to your Internet Banking as normal to access your mail.
You will receive an email notification to your registered email address.
For security reasons we do not include the letter as an attachment in the email notification.
When you have new digital mail we will always send an email notification to the address you have provided.

Yes you can return to receiving paper mail anytime. You can do this online, at your local branch or through our Internet Banking Service Centre by calling 1300 605 266.

In an effort to give our customers instant access to their mail, we notified selected customer that have eligible transaction and savings accounts that their mail is now available online instead.
If you wish to return back to paper mail, read the “Can I go back to receiving paper mail” answer above.
We are able to re-generate the letter and have this posted to your address on file.
Digital mail preferences are grouped by the Product type; Deposits, Residential Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance etc.
E.g. If you have several deposit accounts, you must choose the same preference for all of them.
The type of letters include; changes in a product’s terms and conditions, changes to interest rates, missed payment advice, BPAY or direct debit failure advice, service letters.
For legal or other reasons we are required to send some letters by post therefore you can still expect to receive letters by post from time to time.

Yes. Letters sent to your Internet Banking will be stored in Internet Banking for 18 months. After that, you can call us to request a copy of your letters for up to 7 years.
