How long do I have?

You’ll have 30 days from the day you started your application to retrieve it. 

What will I need?

You’ll only need your personal identification and employment details, as well as your income and expenses.

What do I have to do?

Select Retrieve application and enter your email address plus the application reference number we sent to your inbox.

How long do I have?

You’ll have 45 days from the day you started your application to retrieve it.

What will I need?

Depending on where you left off, you may need: 

  • Your application reference number (it starts with CC)

  • Your mobile phone as we might send you verification codes

  • Two valid forms of ID (e.g. Australian driver licence, Australian passport, Medicare card, Australian birth certificate)

  • Your financial details to help us confirm your income, liabilities and expenses

Sign in with your details and retrieve your application.
