##Terms & Conditions: Employee and contractor credit cards offers
General
- Only one credit card per employee is entitled to the Employee and Contractor Banking Benefits (“Benefits”). The Benefits are not available if your Card is part of a home loan package – including where you link your card with an employee benefit to a home loan package (in which case your card will revert to the standard pricing for the card, subject to the home loan benefit). You are not eligible if your card is subject to a family banking benefit.
- Employees: Benefits are available to current permanent employees of the Westpac Group. Contractors: Benefits are available to Australian based (national) contractors only with the Westpac Group. Providing banking benefits to contractors does not in any way alter the status of their engagement with Westpac Group. The Benefits are not available as part of Alumni Banking Benefits.
- To receive one of the Benefits, you must apply for your card directly from the dedicated employee banking page. If you however have an existing Westpac credit card and would like to have the relevant benefit applied (provided you meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions), please phone 1300 360 114 (Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm AEST).
- Note that if your card is mistakenly approved for one of the Benefits however we identify that you are not eligible, we will remove the benefit, and your card will revert to the standard advertised rates and fees for your card. As we rely on you to understand the eligibility criteria for the Benefits (and we do not confirm whether you meet the eligibility criteria), our application of the Benefits when you are not eligible is subject to our right to later remove the Benefits.
- The relevant Benefit, once applied, will remain for the life of the card, however we may vary the Benefit applied to your card from time to time (for example, increase interest rates or fees). We may also withdraw any of the Benefits at any time.
- You are not eligible for the Benefits if you currently hold any credit card issued by Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne or BankSA, or have held one in the last 24 months, where that card is / was subject to any employee benefit.
Rewards Cards benefits - When applying, you are able to choose either the Standard employee benefit or the Promotional offer. Once applied, you are then unable to change to the other benefit (for example, switch from the Promotional offer to the Standard employee benefit).
+ Amplify Qantas Signature Bonus Qantas Points Offer: Offer commenced 27th November 2025. To be eligible for bonus Qantas Points, you must apply and be approved for a new Amplify Qantas Signature credit card before the offer is withdrawn. You will receive an initial 90,000 bonus points if you spend $6k or more on eligible purchases within 120 days of card approval. These will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting this spend criteria. These additional points will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks, after the first eligible purchase is made in the second year of your card account being active. In your second year, spend a minimum of $6k on eligible purchases within 120 days of your card opened date anniversary, and you'll earn an additional 60,000 bonus points. These additional points will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting the spend criteria. If you do not meet the minimum spend in the first year, you forfeit the bonus points for the first year only, however you are still eligible for bonus points in the subsequent year if you meet the minimum spend in the subsequent year during the promotional period. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash, or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. Existing customers who currently hold an Amplify, Amplify Platinum or Amplify Signature card issued by Bank of Melbourne, St.George or BankSA, or who have held one in the last 24 months, Credit Card Product Switches or upgrades are ineligible for this offer. This promotion may be varied or withdrawn at any time and is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
~~First Year Card Fee Waiver for Westpac Group Employees and Contractors: Offer commenced 25 February 2026. The waiver of the first year Card Fee of $295 (Amplify Signature products) and $175 (Amplify Platinum products) is available when you apply and are approved for a new Amplify Platinum or Amplify Signature credit card. After the first year, the Card Fee reverts to $295 (Amplify Signature products) and $175 (Amplify Platinum products) thereafter, and will be debited to your card account on the 12-month anniversary of the Card Fee date and annually thereafter. This promotion may be varied or withdrawn at any time and is not available in conjunction with any other promotion.
Amplify Qantas: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of Qantas Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Amplify Qantas Rewards Program fee applies for customers who choose Amplify Qantas.

We classify transactions using information provided to us by the card scheme (Visa or Mastercard), which tells us about the main type of business conducted by the Merchant.
1 55 Days Interest Free: Receive up to 55 days interest free on your purchases if your Monthly Payment Balance is paid in full by the due date shown each month. This amount is calculated as the main account balance minus the balance transfer amount plus any Plan&Pay instalments for this month. If you do not have any Plan&Pay instalments or a balance transfer, the Monthly Payment Balance will be the same as the Closing Balance.
The earning and redeeming of Qantas Points is subject to the Amplify Terms and Conditions (PDF 124KB). You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to earn and redeem points. Purchases that are not eligible to earn points include interest, fees and charges, cash, or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Qantas Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your Qantas Points balance on a monthly basis.
4 Complimentary Insurance covers: AWP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 AFSL 245631, trading as Allianz Global Assistance (AGA), under a binder from the insurer, Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708 (Allianz), has issued an insurance group policy to Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141 AFSL and Australian credit licence 233714 (Westpac) which allows eligible persons to claim under it as third party beneficiaries. Access to the benefit of cover under the Credit Card Complimentary Insurance is provided to eligible Bank of Melbourne cardholders by operation of s48 of the Insurance Contracts Act 1984 (Cth). If an eligible persons wishes to claim any of these benefits, they will be bound by the eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions contained in the Complimentary Insurance Policy Information booklet (PDF 339KB) which may be amended from time to time. 7 Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations: As a Bank of Melbourne Amplify Qantas Signature cardholder earning Qantas Points, you are eligible for two Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations for each 12-month period when you register your Bank of Melbourne Amplify Qantas Signature credit card via loungepass.bankofmelbourne.com.au and you have made a transaction of more than $1 within the last 12 months. The 12-month period is based on the date you register your Amplify Qantas Signature credit card via loungepass.bankofmelbourne.com.au. Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations will be made available via the Complimentary Lounge Invitations Portal, within 14 business days of you meeting the eligible spend.
Qantas Club Complimentary Lounge Invitations will be made available within 14 business days of meeting the eligibility criteria, provided you are not in breach of the Credit Card Terms and Conditions and your account remains open. Log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Account or use the Qantas App to access your Complimentary Lounge Invitation, and link it with an eligible Qantas flight booking. To receive your Complimentary Lounge Invitations, you must have provided Westpac with your Qantas Frequent Flyer Number. If you have not yet registered for your complimentary Qantas Frequent Flyer Membership, you may join at qantaspoints.com/ffjoinbom.
