What happens after I submit my application?

Start uploading your documents

We will need some supporting documents like your pay slips to formally approve your loan - the fastest and most secure way to provide these is to upload them using our document upload portal. You can access the portal by retrieving your application.

A lending manager will be in touch within the next business day to help you progress with your home loan application and to discuss your needs and goals.

You'll need your Customer Access Number and Internet Banking logon details. You'll find your application on your Internet Banking dashboard.
