Access and Inclusion Plan

Our focus is to provide our customers, our people and community with independent and equal access to our products, services and collateral.

For over 25 years, we’ve maintained a sustained focus on accessibility. Our 2025-2028 Access and Inclusion Plan demonstrates how we aim to amplify accessibility throughout our organisation. It showcases how we continually strive to be an enabler of equitable access ensuring all - regardless of requirements - have access to essential banking services independently.

By evolving our access and inclusion strategy every few years with senior leader support, we reflect on gaps needing attention and our accomplishments to assist in building our organisation-wide accessibility initiatives.

Our Access and Inclusion Plan outlines our course of action and the outcomes we seek to achieve, considering external policies, practices, and legislation. Our initiatives presented in this plan have impact for:
