Financial difficulty? You're not alone.

Financial hardship

Missed a payment or experiencing financial difficulty?

You are not alone. We are here to help. We know that financial stress can sometimes be a result of unplanned life events such as change of income, illness, a relationship breakdown, reduction in your business cash flow or emergency events like natural disasters.

What to expect: financial hardship

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to meet your regular financial commitments, please let us know. Applying online at your convenience allows us to start the process of helping you with the financial support you need.

Please submit your application before 11:59pm on 26 April (Sydney time). After this time, it will expire, and you will need to start again.

If you prefer to speak with us over the phone, please call us to apply for financial hardship with our Bank of Melbourne Assist Team.
