How to register or activate

Registering for Internet Banking only takes a few minutes. And once you’re registered, you can use Mobile, Tablet or Phone Banking.

Step 1. Register

To register call 1300 605 266 or from outside Australia +61 3 8536 7870, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Step 2. Activate

Once you have registered for Internet Banking you are ready to activate your access using your Customer Access Number and your temporary password.

Step 3. Go!

Once you have activated your Internet Banking, you are ready to start exploring the features of Internet and Mobile Banking.

Forgot your password or security number?

It’s easy to reset your Internet Banking logon details online. Just click on “Forgotten your Security Number” or “Forgotten your password” on the logon page and follow the prompts.

The Detail

When you register for Internet Banking you'll be issued a Security Number and Password. Keep these secret and update them regularly to maximise security.

To change your Security Number or Password, select 'Change Security Number' or 'Change Password' in the 'Security, SMS & email alerts' section of Internet Banking. If you forget your Security Number or Password, you can reset them online at any time. Simply click the related link on the Internet Banking logon screen and follow the prompts.
