Update your contact details so we can keep you safe.

Help us help you by keeping your details up-to-date. That way, if something happens which doesn’t look quite right, we can get hold of you quickly – and keep you and your accounts safe.

You can update your email, phone number and mailing address directly in Mobile and Internet Banking.

    

How to update your contact details

Before updating online, you need to register for Secure Code

If you haven’t already, register for Bank of Melbourne Secure Code. It will protect you by using your mobile or landline phone number to confirm certain transactions, via text message or voice call when you bank online.

To register, you just need to provide us with your Australian registered landline or mobile phone number by calling 13 22 66 (or +61 3 8536 7870 from overseas).

  1. Logon to the Bank of Melbourne App
  2. Select Services
  3. Under My Details, select Update contact details
  4. Select Update addresses or Update phone number


If you selected Update addresses:

  1. Choose the Australian registered phone number you’d like your Secure Code sent to
  2. Enter in your Secure Code
  3. Update your email, home or mailing address details
  4. Select confirm
     

If you selected Update phone number:

5. Delete the phone number you wish to update

6. Enter the new phone number

7. Confirm the new phone number by entering it a second time

8. Select update

9. Choose the Australian registered phone number you’d like your Secure Code sent to

10. Enter in your Secure Code

11. Select done
