How to notify us online

Mobile

  1. Open the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App
  2. Tap on Self Serve from the bottom menu
  3. Tap Advise going overseas

Desktop

  1. Sign into Bank of Melbourne Internet Banking
  2. Go to Security, SMS & email alerts 
  3. Select Inform the bank of overseas travel

  1. Contact us in the app: Standard call or data charges may apply.

  2. Global ATM Alliance: No ATM withdrawal fee at Westpac Group, select Westpac Group partner, Global ATM Alliance and partner ATMs. Other fees and charges may be payable. A 3% Foreign Currency Conversion fee applies to overseas debit or credit card withdrawals. A 3% cash advance fee applies to credit card withdrawals for each cash advance transaction, some Global Alliance ATMs require you to select the "credit" option.
