The Process

1.
Apply for approval in principle
You can apply for a home loan  online at any time – the application is easy and should take less than 15 minutes.
2.
Unconditional approval
Once you’ve used your approval in principal to make an offer on a property (subject to finance), we’ll arrange to have the property valued. If it meets our lending criteria we’ll arrange for you to have unconditional approval.
3.
Sign your loan documents
We’ll then make a time with you to walk you through all your loan documents and arrange for you to sign them.
4.
Your loan is settled
Your solicitor or conveyancer will organise settlement with us and the seller. This will be on the settlement day on the contract of sale.  Once you’ve settled, the property is yours to move into.
