Connect allows you to call our customer service team directly from the mobile banking app. When the call is initiated through the app, you do not have to answer a series of security questions. You have been identified by signing in using your preferred credentials, for example fingerprint or PIN number.
Connect links you to specialist team members within the Customer Contact Centre based on your query. For services which are available 24/7 (such as reporting your card lost or stolen) you are able to use Connect 24/7, however, for other services (such as general enquires) Connect is only available whilst the customer contact centre is open. Connect uses the Location Services feature on your phone to automatically determine your physical location as ’Australia‘ or ’Overseas‘. If you don’t have this feature enabled on your phone, you will need to manually select your location as ‘Australia ‘or ’Overseas’ from within your phones settings.
