iPad users can download the latest app from the App Store
The Android tablet app is no longer available for download. Android tablet users can access banking by going to bankofmelbourne.com.au and logging in to Internet Banking. If you have questions about using Internet Banking, see our Internet Banking FAQs.
From the home screen tap ‘Transfer & Pay’. You’ll be prompted to logon.
Select the ‘From’ account.
Select who to pay (you can also search for the payee), enter the amount and payment date.
Quick Pay – You can also add up to 5 frequent payments to Quick Pay. Once a payment is confirmed, on the receipt screen, choose 'save as Quick Pay transaction' by tapping the star. You can view Quick Pay transactions by pulling down the gripper at the top of the accounts screen. Choose your favourite transaction by marking it with a star – this will then sit on the top right hand corner of your accounts screen. One tap and the payment is made.
Yes. You can place a scheduled payment on hold or release a scheduled payment that has been placed on hold. You can also delete a scheduled payment you've previously set up. On the accounts screen tap the ‘Services’ icon at the bottom of the accounts screen, then Scheduled and Past Payments (under My Payments). Then tap the payment to see the hold and delete options.
Yes. You can view any scheduled payments due to come out of your account in the next 7 days, or select view all. To view scheduled payments, tap the ‘Services’ icon at the bottom of the accounts screen and then tap ‘Scheduled Payments’ (under My Payments).
To use the Bank of Melbourne app on your iPad, your web browser must be configured to accept ‘cookies1’.
