How do I update which accounts display in the list of accounts for the company?
1. Select Admin
2. Select Company admin
3. Select Company accounts
4. Tick the account(s) you want to display OR un-tick the accounts you don’t want to display
5. Click Save details
How do I update the contact details for the company?
1. Select Admin
2. Select Company admin
3. Select Company details
4. Update Email
5. Update Postal address
6. Update Phone number(s)
7. Click Update details

You cannot change the registered business address for your BusinessVantage credit card online. To update this address for your card, please contact your Relationship Manager or our staff at a Branch or Contact Centre.

Dual Administration

When dual administration has been set up for a Business Banking Online profile, it means that changes to users or to the company require approval by a second Company Administrator.

How do I accept a pending change created by another Company Administrator?
1. Select Admin
2. Select Company admin
3. Select Pending changes
4. The list of pending changes is displayed
5. To approve a change either:
  a. Check the box next to the change(s) as required, then click Accept
  b. Click on the Change ID to see further details of the change, then click Accept
How do I reject a pending change created by another Company Administrator?
1. Select Admin
2. Select Company admin
3. Select Pending changes
4. The list of pending changes is displayed
