- Select Company admin
- Select Users
- Select Add new user
- Enter First name, last name, date of birth and email
- Enter Security question and answer to be used by the bank for identification purposes
- Change Access time if required
- Select a Role
- Enter an Authorisation limit if the user will be authorising payments
- Select Add user
- The new users User ID and Password is displayed
