Your Business Banking Online password can now be a combination of numbers and letters. It must be between 8-32 characters, with at least one letter and one number.
How often does my logon password expire?
Administrators can choose when the passwords of users within their business expire. Administrators can choose to have the passwords never expire or expire at 30 days, 60 days or 90 days.

Can I reset my password online?
If you have an RSA SecurID® Token registered to your Business Banking Online account, then you can reset your password online on the login screen. Follow the prompts when logging in to Business Banking Online.

How do I change how often my logon password expires?
You will need your Administrator to update the password expiry. Please note that this change will update the logon password expiry for all users on your Business Banking Online network.
Company Administrators can update the logon password following the steps below;
Step 1: Head to Admin
Step 2: Select Company Admin
Step 3: Enter in your Token password and Token number
Step 4: In the field ‘Password expiry days’, select your preferred password expiry tick box.
Step 5: Please read the Important Security Information and confirm.
Step 6: Click Confirm
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your Business Banking Online password with your RSA SecurID® Token.
Step 1: On the Sign in Screen, select Forgot your Password.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and Date of birth. Click Continue.
Step 3: Enter your Token serial number (found on the back of your token), your 6 digital token number (on the face of your RSA SecurID Token) and your Token password. Click Continue.
Step 4: Choose your new password, then confirm this password. Click Change Password.
